Model 1772M2 Differential Remote Charge Converters (DRCC) are designed for high-temperature differential
PE (HTPE) transducers that can operate at temperatures up to+ 815°C (+ 1500°F). The circuit is connected to the PE with a high temperature coaxial cable. The circuit makes it possible to operate with high-temperature PE typically having resistance as slow as 10 kΩ at high temperatures. The 1772M2 has a gain of 1, 2, 5 or 10. The sensitivity of the circuit is not affected by the PE transducer’s and cable capacitances.
