Meggitt Defense Systems Axial Flow, Mixed Flow and Centrifugal fan designs for military, aerospace and commercial applications range in performance from 90 to 19,500 CFM with a pressure rise up to 37.0 in H2O.  Input power can vary from AC, DC, Hydraulic or shaft drive with operating speeds up to 23,000 rpm. Our fans can be configured to operate on AC or DC power ranging from 115/200 VAC 400 Hz, AC Wild Frequency or 28 to 270 volts DC.  Our specialized 270 VDC fans are optimized to fit the next generation suite of platforms. Our electrically driven fans are designed with a custom integral AC or DC motor in accordance with MIL-STD-704. They also can be coupled with an integrated custom Meggitt analog or digital motor drive within the fan housing which will accommodate electrical input power variations as well as variable speed, BIT and health monitoring capabilities.
